Every IndyAlley order is carefully packed in India and delivered with care. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered, along with important information about international shipping, customs, and delivery-related issues.

Shipping

  • We ship across India and to selected international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other eligible countries.
  • Shipping availability depends on your delivery location, destination-specific regulations, customs requirements, and logistics partner coverage.
  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery destination, package weight and dimensions, selected shipping method, and applicable vendor requirements.
  • Any applicable free shipping offers will be automatically applied and displayed during checkout.
  • Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on customs regulations, product type, size, weight, or destination country requirements. Any applicable restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. If a product cannot be shipped to your selected destination, you will be informed during checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the product category, vendor partner, product availability, weekends, public holidays, or order volume.
  • Processing and dispatch timelines are separate from estimated delivery timelines. Estimated delivery timelines begin only after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, delivery location, shipping method selected, customs clearance requirements (for international orders), and courier partner serviceability.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, Force Majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, public emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control), or customs clearance.
  • International delivery timelines also depend on customs procedures, import regulations, and destination-country logistics infrastructure.

Track Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number, courier partner details, and estimated delivery date, where available.
  • You may track your shipment through your IndyAlley account, the courier partner's website using your tracking number, or by contacting Customer Support.

Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Where applicable, proof of delivery (POD), including recipient confirmation or signature, will be maintained by the courier partner.

Upon Delivery

  • Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the package and its contents as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Please verify the package for visible damage, signs of tampering, correct products, and correct quantities. If you notice any issues, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery

  • A delivery attempt may be unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or refusal to accept the shipment.
  • The courier partner may make additional delivery attempts in accordance with its delivery policy. Where applicable, your shipment may be held at the local delivery centre for collection before being returned to IndyAlley.

Re-Delivery

  • If you miss a delivery attempt, you may request re-delivery or arrange collection from the courier partner's local delivery centre, where available.
  • If delivery cannot be completed after the maximum number of attempts, the shipment may be returned to IndyAlley. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Split Shipments

  • If your order contains products fulfilled by different vendor partners or warehouses, it may be shipped in multiple packages. Each shipment may have its own dispatch date, courier partner, and tracking information. Separate shipment confirmations will be provided where applicable.

Partial Deliveries

  • If only part of your order has been delivered, the remaining item(s) may still be in transit and will be delivered separately. Please review your shipment confirmation emails and tracking information before contacting Customer Support.

International Shipping

  • Products shipped outside India may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Unless otherwise specified, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • Customs clearance procedures, timelines, and applicable charges vary by country and are beyond IndyAlley's control.
  • Failure to pay applicable customs duties or complete customs clearance may result in delays, rejection, confiscation, or return of the shipment. IndyAlley and its vendors are not responsible for customs-related delays, additional charges, or confiscation.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) & Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

  • Most international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, where customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery.
  • For selected countries or products, Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) may be available. Where applicable, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Customs Documentation

  • To facilitate customs clearance, IndyAlley will provide necessary shipping documentation such as the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (where applicable), and Product Certifications (where required). Additional documentation may be required depending on destination-country regulations.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

  • If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information and contact Customer Support.
  • If the shipment is confirmed by the courier partner as lost after investigation, you may receive a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, where applicable.
  • Customs-related delays or regulatory inspections are not considered lost shipments.

Address Changes

  • Address change requests before or after dispatch are subject to the courier partner's policies and may incur additional charges.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, address modifications are subject to the courier partner's capabilities and cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or unverified shipping address, you will be notified via email or SMS.
  • You may request re-shipment to the correct address, subject to product availability and vendor approval.
  • Applicable re-shipping, return shipping, handling, or related charges will be borne by the customer.
  • If we do not receive a response within 7 days of notifying you, or if re-shipment is not possible, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery Acceptance

If your order appears damaged, incomplete, or incorrect upon delivery, please notify Customer Support as soon as possible in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Prompt reporting helps us investigate the issue with the courier partner or vendor.
